Everyone who ever has or ever will trod this earth has a mother. For most, this figure was the first to represent genuine compassion and love; likely, one's mother was the first to teach of the loving Creator who willed them into existence.

As true God and true man, Jesus Christ also had a loving mother who perpetually aligned her will with that of the Father, and it was her "yes" at the Annunciation that would ultimately enable Christ to enter physically into the world according to God's divine plan.

"Do whatever He tells you." Second only perhaps to Mary's fiat, these words at the Wedding at Cana are among the most important words Mary would ever speak; they beautifully sum up Mary's role in the lives of Christians, if they allow it. As only a loving mother can, Mary's example and guidance lead us to the Lord as she bids us to do whatever Jesus tells us.

wouldn't hear this at mass, but it does try to prove that traditional Catholic thought and indie rock are not mutually exclusive. It began easily enough as a few home recordings but has slowly turned into a full on project that explores matters of human dignity and common good in society.
